Sinisa (Pesic) Minardi was born in 1966 in Serbia (Zajecar). He graduated from the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy - Andragogy, at the Belgrade University. He also completed the classical pantomime at Andres Valdes School in Ljubljana (Slovenia). He is currently completing his research work on Ph.D. studies on the topic: Training and the role of intuition in making successful managerial decisions. He lived in Serbia and Italy, and now lives in Slovenia. He travels a lot (Norway, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Russia, Kazakhstan, India, etc.).

First of all, he is engaged in the field of social sciences and arts, especially in the field of psychology (growth and mature personality, life coaching, interpersonal communication in business relations). As a master of pantomime, he worked as an actor, director and teacher. As a writer, he published four books of belletristic literature and wrote as a publicist for many magazines. He also worked as a songwriter for Slovenian national TV and taught creative writing. He is also experienced as a cultural manager (organizer of LIFA - International Festival of Pantomime International Festival, etc.).

He exhibited artistic photographs at many solo exhibitions in Slovenia, Serbia, Russia, Kazakhstan and Turkey.

He worked as a psychotherapist in clinics, for the recovery of patients from difficult operations, he held lectures from motivational psychology. He is actively engaged in business psychology in senior management.

In 2017, he opened and runs a Business Psychology Education Institute called Inspiration Institute / Center for Psychology of Business Education.(IICPBE - 2017).

He is actively involved in scientific research on individual and general perceptions of time, as well as in joint research projects with colleagues from several European cities.

With his master class lectures he participates in international congresses and professional symposiums on various current topics, such as:
